As a Senior Director for Financial Technology Sales, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets with a focus on our Financial Technology offerings and opportunities in the capital market space as well as managing existing relationships.

What You Will Do
  • Drive new business sales into new and existing customers in ASEAN across Nasdaq's suite of Financial Technology solutions
  • Lead entire sales process from prospecting, lead generation through to contract execution
  • Maintain ongoing pipeline of sales opportunities for the Nasdaq Financial Technology suite of products and services in the ASEAN region as well as managing existing customer relationships
  • Initiate and drive regular interactions with customers and prospects at senior management level
  • Proactively lead an extended Nasdaq team of professionals that manages all business activities with existing customers or prospects
  • Monitor project plans regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes as projects progress
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customers management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
  • Assist with creating various sales management reports including sales plan and strategies
  • Take ownership of problem resolution

What We Expect
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or Computer Science
  • 5 to 10 years of sales experience as a hunter within financial markets
  • Knowledge and experience in negotiating technology contracts
  • Excellent communication skills in a client-facing environment
  • Solid decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to take calls outside of regular business hours and travel for meetings and prospect calls

  • Experience selling Financial Technology solutions
  • Experience within the ASEAN digital asset space
  • Salesforce knowledge
