Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Digital Merchandising Specialist - APAC to help us do extraordinary things.
The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for Apple Store Online customers across all of our digital platforms. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in developing innovative regional merchandising and storytelling strategies that captivate customers and support purchase confidence. You will have the opportunity to shape how people shop, driving innovation and creating best-in-class experiences for Apple customers.
The individual in this role will lead the planning and execution of APAC regional digital merchandising strategies for new product launches, programs including Apple Trade in, Apple Care, and Apple Retail Value Propositions, and Retail Learning Video content across the Apple Store Online and the Apple Store App. The individual in this role will leverage a deep understanding of business goals, commercial programs, customer journeys and friction points to continuously optimize the digital shopping experience.
