Position: Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Retail / Haircare) – Up to $5,000 - Ubi
Location: Ubi
Working hours: 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue and engagement across the customer funnel.
Spearhead social content strategy across all channels, optimizing for awareness, conversion, and engagement.
Conceptualize, plan, and storyboard short video content to align with marketing objectives.
Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs/creators, media titles, other brands, as well as other stakeholders from conception to execution.
Initiate and oversee paid advertising campaigns across social media channels, aiming to maximize online visibility and achieve targeted results.
Host and manage livestreams on social media platform for launches and online sales, engaging and communicating face-to-face with the camera and audience.
Collaborate with eCommerce team and trade marketing team to develop and execute brand campaigns and product launches.
Craft clear and compelling copy for various mediums, including social media, blog posts (for SEO optimization), and newsletters.
Responsible for monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve on social media.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing or Equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG / beauty industry.
Prior experience in working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and eStore – with a proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenue channels.
Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea.
A genuine passion for and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a keen interest in creating, editing short-form video content, and hosting livestreams for social video marketing.
Familiarity with WordPress and blog content creation is ideal.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
