Senior Developer (Front-end)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development in a product company, with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly User Interfaces. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for both individual contributions and collaborative teamwork to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional frontend.
2. Create responsive layouts that work seamlessly across different screens and devices.
3. Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designer to design user-centric frontend interfaces and ensure consistency across interfaces.
4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
5. Optimize user interfaces for speed, performance, and scalability.
6. Work closely with backend developers, both onsite and offshore, to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
7. Ensure cross-browser compatibility across all frontend interfaces.
8. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and performance.
9. Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
10. Assist the team to consult, design, and architect a high-performance solution to address customer pain points.
11. Follow an API-first development methodology to ensure robust and scalable API design, enabling smooth frontend-backend integration.
12. Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in software development to continuously improve skills and contribute to innovation.
13. Establish and facilitate Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
14. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in frontend development. Familiarity with healthcare customer requirements and regulations are good-to-haves.
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Knowledge and experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js).
4. Knowledge of responsive design principles.
5. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong proficiency in English.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills and Experiences:

1. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
2. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
4. Experience with DevOps practices and tools for infrastructure as code are good-to-have.
