About this role

We seek someone who lives and breathes technology to create awesome Proofs of Concept for OutSystems prospects. You will create great looking modern mobile and web applications in a matter of days. This role is crucial in the OutSystems value chain, as Proofs of Concept are one of the key proof points needed when prospects evaluate OutSystems. This means you will not only have an awesome job as a tech ninja, but will also be a highly regarded key element within the OutSystems team.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, capable of using critical judgement skills, and can handle the mix of regions and cultures which will be supported by the team.

What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities

1. Develop proof of concept solutions using OutSystems platform to prove our capabilities to potential customers.
2. Collaborate with Solution Architects (pre-sales engineering) on scope and progress for ongoing proofs of concept.
3. Identify the best approach to technical challenges before moving to the implementation stage.
4. Develop integrations with external systems.
5. Coordinate and align with the global Demo Team on approaches and remote support for ongoing proof of concepts.

Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed

1. Experience in OutSystems platform to develop web and mobile applications (mandatory).
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
3. Knowledge of C# and SQL languages are a plus.
4. OutSystems certifications are a plus.
5. Experience in building proofs of concept is a plus.
6. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Academic achievements valued.
7. Fluency in English, written and spoken.
