Senior Designers / Art Directors (Creative Strategist)

This is a key role. MAG, a member of the VMW Group, has established itself over the years with a good track record and an impressive portfolio of blue-chip clients. Now, MAG is ready to move into our next phase of growth.

We are looking for hungry, dynamic talents with a positive attitude. We are looking for our future leaders, the ones for the present and immediate future. They are leaders for our 2G (2nd Generation).

Ideally, the talents should be able to work independently and as a team with the copywriter and/or developer in conceptualization and execution of integrated communication campaigns, branding (including CI), social media, digital campaigns, and through-the-line works such as brochures, web banners, social media posts, websites, and key visuals. They must embrace AI and execute DI with a keen interest in Web 3.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, you are expected to work from brief to final delivery, be it traditional, new, or social media. Familiarity with XD is a plus.
• As a team player, you must be ready to assist other team members, even in the form of FA if required.
• You are a multimedia designer or art director who excels in typography, editorial layout, crafting, and graphic design with a good eye for aesthetics.
• Fast and meticulous, you are expected to work under relatively tight deadlines.
• You must love the challenge of winning pitches while handling the day-to-day work of our existing clients.
• Experience working on property, automotive, financial, government, and FMCG accounts is ideal but not compulsory.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital, design, creative, and/or advertising agency is preferred.
