As a Senior Design Manager – Mask Design & Engineering, you’ll lead groundbreaking projects, creating world-class sleep masks that empower people to live healthier, happier lives. Based in our Singapore office, you’ll guide a talented team through every stage of the design process, from concept to delivery.

What You’ll Do:

1. Oversee the development of next-generation sleep masks, seamlessly blending form and function.
2. Drive product innovation and deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
3. Mentor engineers through complex challenges, elevating technical and professional skills.
4. Champion collaboration between our Singapore and Sydney teams to foster knowledge-sharing and engagement.
5. Create a psychologically safe, high-performing culture while achieving strategic milestones.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A degree-qualified Product Design Leader with 10+ years of experience in Product Design & Engineering.
2. A proven ability to navigate front-end ambiguity and manage back-end engineering rigor.
3. Expertise in strategic engineering planning, mentorship, and global team collaboration.
4. A strong communicator who turns technical updates into clear insights, building strong relationships along the way.
