Engage with cross-functional teams to understand the system ecosystem and architecture related to the ESG Domain.
Data Requirement Management:
Manage backlogs, epics, and user stories with the ESG team.
Maintain a benefit view for all backlog items to assess impacts quickly.
Prioritize backlog items based on business requests.
Monitor and evaluate progress across delivery, coordinating with the ESG and Capgemini teams.
Development and Deployment Management:
Coordinate development activities with the ESG and Capgemini teams.
Perform ad hoc issue investigation and resolution with the squad, communicating fix dates to users.
Engage stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary to expedite resolution.
Ensure process governance standards are met, producing and archiving required artifacts.
Engage with Operational Risk, Business, Tech Compliance, Responsible AI council, process owners, ICS, and other stakeholder teams as needed to obtain necessary approvals for deployment.
Collaboration and Communication:
Build effective working relationships across functions and borders.
Manage a diverse stakeholder community to deliver change across multiple functions.
Apply industry knowledge and experience to identify and recommend change solutions.
Write detailed business requirements and functional specification documents.
Gain agreement on detailed requirements from project stakeholders.
Facilitate specifications work between vendors and internal technology teams.
Plan required testing, ensuring traceability between business requirements and test cases.
Conduct functional testing of delivered functionality, documenting issues and managing resolutions.
Provide specialist support to business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Implement Agile Scrum methodology concepts to drive project success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology or IT equivalent
Min. 5-10 years relevant working experienced with large enterprise solutions
Prior background working in IT Consulting for Banking/Financial Services domain (highly valued)
