Senior Data Analyst (Central/$6k) (ID: 671961)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Data Analyst to support our data and business intelligence initiatives. You will play a key role in uncovering actionable insights from large datasets to support strategic, data-driven decisions.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to the development of data infrastructure, and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Extraction and Management
   • Extract, transform, and manage data from various sources.
   • Cleanse data, identify inconsistencies, and maintain data pipelines and models.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting
   • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
   • Develop dashboards and generate reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support business decisions.
3. Insights and Recommendations
   • Translate data findings into actionable insights.
   • Provide recommendations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
4. Collaboration and Communication
   • Work with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders.
   • Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Data Governance
   • Adhere to data governance policies and ensure data quality standards are met.
   • Support organization-wide efforts to build a data-driven culture.
6. Project Management
   • Manage and support data-related projects to ensure alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
7. Consultation and Continuous Improvement
   • Offer consultation to stakeholders on data-related matters.
   • Identify areas for process improvement and stay up-to-date with analytics trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role; experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong skills in data wrangling and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and classification techniques.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and machine learning techniques is an advantage.
• Certification in a modern data visualization platform is preferred.
