Senior Customer Service Executive (Warehouse/ Logistics) - East/ $5000

An established MNC in the Logistics (Warehousing)/ Supply Chain Industry

Work Location: East/ 5 Days Week

Salary: $5000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Staff Benefits

Job Duties:

1. Manage Service Parts Logistics warehouse for MNC Customer in Electronics & Electrical industry
2. Oversee regional operations for Contract / Service Parts Logistics across Asia Pacific and Japan
3. Main point of contact for Customer’s Regional Operation team based in Singapore
4. Co-ordinate with logistics teams in South Asia & Oceania (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and others) and Japan on day-to-day operations matters and service performances
5. Attend meetings on Business Performances matters and Operational Excellence initiatives
6. Project implementation and support Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse operation by using WMS, TMS and other tools
7. Work on logistics solutions with Internal country logistics teams to increase work efficiency & productivity of Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse and distribution programs
8. Assist department head in analyzing reports to formulate business strategies
9. Other Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
2. At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution (Service Parts Logistics background will be an added advantage)
3. Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Basic WMS, TMS system knowledge and usage (AS400, CargoWise system background will be an added advantage)
5. Able to work in fast-paced environment
