Job Responsibilities

• Create local delivery pick-slip & shipping mark & tally with 3rd party transporter delivery schedule planning.
• Create manual pick list to Bertschi & Tee Hai for collection or delivery product to or from their warehouse.
• System stock transfer from Bertschi & Tee Hai to our Jurong warehouse or vice versa for delivery & for container stuffing.
• Create PR to purchase packing material, etc.
• Check to make sure Incoming and Outgoing product tally with the picking list.
• Check to make sure shipping mark printed is tally with picking list.
• Check to make sure GR/TO is tally with manual inbound delivery checklist.
• Receive sample from supplier and inform CS arrival of sample for collection.
• Monthly update STO KPI template & report.
• Back-up each other when away from office.
• Any other duties as assign by the Logistics Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years in Logistics & Warehousing operation.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
