Senior Crewing Management Executive, East area, 1 year contract

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Crewing Calendar, considering project schedules, in-house requirements, and crew leave.
• Provide monthly updates on Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) entitlements for in-house crew.
• Maintain an up-to-date crew database, including in-house and freelance crew details such as roles, grades, job scales, performance, professional fees, responsiveness, reliability, skills, and technical competencies.
• Handle additional crewing-related tasks as assigned.

Project Responsibilities

• Gather project details from the Sales Manager to determine crewing needs, including project location, required crew positions, project duration, crew rates, and any specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Technical Manager to identify the necessary crew roles and skill sets.
• Schedule in-house and freelance crew for projects.
• Coordinate crew logistics, including per diems, visa applications, flights, accommodations, transportation, and meals.
• Prepare production call sheets with key information such as vaccination requirements and pick-up arrangements.
• Assist in contingency planning for unforeseen circumstances that may impact project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in business, economics, finance, HR, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
• A solid understanding of mass media and communication, preferably in the broadcasting industry.
