Senior Credit Control Officer | Hougang | 5 Days | Up To $3.7K - 4461

Position title : Senior Credit Control Officer

Salary: $2800 - $3500

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm

Working Location: Hougang

Responsibilities

• Assess the credit worthiness of customers and recommend credit terms and limits.
• Generate and send Statement of Accounts to customers.
• Remind customers to make timely payments on outstanding invoices.
• Investigate and resolve customer invoice disputes.
• Liaise with customers and Sales Team regarding overdue or disputed accounts for debt recovery.
• Compile and submit weekly aging reports to Sales Team and management.
• Review outstanding accounts, report delinquent accounts in a timely manner, and make recommendations for the next course of action for effective debt recovery.
• Monitor and follow up on debt recovery including liaison with collection agencies and legal consultants.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or relevant education
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in credit control function/ debt management/ in a supervisory position
