Assess the credit worthiness of customers and recommend credit terms and limits.
Generate and send Statement of Accounts to customers.
Remind customers to make timely payments on outstanding invoices.
Investigate and resolve customer invoice disputes.
Liaise with customers and Sales Team regarding overdue or disputed accounts for debt recovery.
Compile and submit weekly aging reports to Sales Team and management.
Review outstanding accounts, report delinquent accounts in a timely manner, and make recommendations for the next course of action for effective debt recovery.
Monitor and follow up on debt recovery including liaison with collection agencies and legal consultants.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting or relevant education.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in credit control function/debt management/in a supervisory position.
Proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel.
Independent with ability to multitask.
Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
