Marketing Manager at Shake Salad & NOMMI | Brand Management & FMCG Marketing
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer / Creative Lead to take full ownership of the creative direction for Shake Salad and NOMMI. This is a full-suite role where you will set the creative vision, drive innovation, and lead our brands to the next level across multiple sales channels, including vending machines, smart fridges, retail touchpoints, online UI/UX and more.
You will determine the direction of our product packaging, direct product and lifestyle photoshoots, manage brand marketing collaterals, and enhance the visual and graphic elements across our brand touchpoints. You will also oversee and mentor one graphic designer, ensuring high-quality creative execution across all platforms.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your primary role will be driving the overall creative direction, overseeing all visual touchpoints to bring our brands’ vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Brand Strategy: Implement and adapt the creative vision for Shake Salad and NOMMI, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
- Photoshoot Direction: Plan and direct product and lifestyle photoshoots to create compelling brand imagery.
- Brand & Trade Marketing Collaterals: Oversee and design brand materials across all touchpoints – retail stores, vending machines, smart fridges, digital platforms, and UI/UX.
- Illustrations & Visual Storytelling: Create and oversee illustrations to bring our brand mascots to life, ensuring a fun and engaging brand presence.
- UI/UX Enhancement: Improve and refine the visual and graphic aspects of our smart fridges and vending machines to optimize customer experience.
- Team Management: Directly manage and mentor a Graphic Designer, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align creative outputs with business goals.
Key Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a creative agency or a similar role, with hands-on experience in brand strategy and creative direction.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, branding, and illustration skills.
- Experience in photoshoot planning and execution.
- Passionate in brand building and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles for digital and interactive platforms.
- Experience managing a creative team or mentoring junior designers.
- Familiarity and passion for food is a plus!
