Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial works and providing administrative support for a portfolio of local and international clients.
  • Handling, maintaining and updating all necessary files, statutory records and documents as required.
  • Preparation of corporate secretarial documents and filing with the government authorities as required by law and regulations of the country.
  • Drafting of minutes and resolutions of members and directors.
  • Registration, maintenance and dissolution of local companies, foreign companies, sole-proprietorship, partnership, branch and representative office.
  • Advising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
  • Supporting and assisting in all administrative and support for Client on-boarding or KYC reviewing procedures.
  • Advising and assisting clients in the application of permit and license from any government authorities.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to learn and able to work independently.

Job Requirements:

  • Having ICSA or relevant post graduate/professional qualifications.
  • Prior relevant experience with various type of business license application will be an advantage.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Companies Act and Practices.
