Senior Consultant (Manufacturing , Digital Engineering)

We're looking for a couple of Consultants / Senior Consultants experienced in product development, consulting, and project delivery, with strong industry background within Manufacturing industries such as industrial, medical technology, life sciences, and consumer goods.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on strategies to enhance product lifecycle management and digital transformation across product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and services
• Review existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Drive the deployment and enhancement of PLM solutions to maximize efficiency and business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and participating in client presentations.
• Advocate for PLM best practices, methodologies, and process improvements.
• Develop test plans to validate solutions against client requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service offerings.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in PLM, with expertise in any PLM system.
• Must have successfully delivered at least two full-cycle implementations of any PLM solution
• Prior experience in creating proposals, running campaigns, and leading delivery teams
• Experience integrating product lifecycle management solutions with cloud highly preferred.

These are contract roles based onsite in Singapore.
