Key Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators

1. Manage day-to-day network operations, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
2. Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve network performance and reliability.
3. Install, configure, and support network equipment, including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP servers.
4. Configure firewalls, routing, and switching to optimize network efficiency and security.
5. Support the deployment and management of Cisco SD-WAN solutions to optimize network traffic and enhance connectivity.
6. Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and arranging scheduled upgrades.
7. Create and validate Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) policies.
8. Develop and manage switching and routing Access Control Lists (ACLs).
9. Configure Palo Alto firewall rules to enforce network security policies.
10. Configure Cisco wireless solutions to ensure reliable connectivity and coverage.
11. Manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and ZPA VPN solutions for secure remote access.
12. Implement AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting), Dot1x, and TACACS+ for secure network access control.
