Join our esteemed team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Financial Markets and Private Banking Transformation, where you'll spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize operations and drive innovation within the sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in project management and transformation to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients in the financial markets and private banking sector to assess current practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop transformative strategies to enhance performance and competitiveness.
- Lead project teams in the definition of Target Operating Models (TOM) and process improvement initiatives, guiding the development and implementation of strategic frameworks to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic transformation initiatives.
- Lead project teams in the implementation of transformational initiatives, including process reengineering, technology adoption, and organizational restructuring, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Provide expert guidance and support in financial market operations, private banking services, and wealth management strategies, contributing to the success of client projects.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and transformation strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration to drive successful project outcomes and business transformation efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Prior experience in management consulting.
- Proven experience in financial markets, private banking, or financial services consulting roles, with a focus on process improvement, offshoring, investment banking, or asset services.
- Deep understanding of financial market operations, private banking services, and wealth management strategies, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to inform transformation strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to drive business transformation.
Due to the short timeline to start, we are ideally looking at candidates who are based in Singapore and do not require Visa sponsorship.
