Senior Construction Supervisor/Installer ( Aluminum & Glass)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor with a specialization in aluminum and glass installations. This role is crucial for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of aluminum and glass projects, ensuring work quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site installation of aluminum and glass elements, including curtain walls, windows, doors, and facades.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution.
• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Provide daily reports on progress, quality control, and any issues encountered.
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks, identifying and resolving potential problems.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior supervisors and skilled tradespersons.
