Senior Construction Supervisor/Installer ( Aluminum & Glass)

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage on-site installation of aluminum and glass elements, including curtain walls, windows, doors, and facades.
2. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
3. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution.
4. Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
5. Provide daily reports on progress, quality control, and any issues encountered.
6. Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks, identifying and resolving potential problems.
7. Lead and mentor a team of junior supervisors and skilled tradespersons.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 10 years working experience in the Aluminum and Glass industry.
