Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate obligations across the APAC region, as well as applicable headquarters' regulations.
  • Oversee the local Financial Crime program, ensuring alignment with the firm’s global policies.
  • Provide regulatory and compliance advisory support to the business.
  • Review and approve marketing materials related to the firm’s investment products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all local compliance matters, liaising with regulators and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in regulatory and industry initiatives concerning new regulations and other relevant business matters.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant compliance experience within the fund management industry.
  • Strong expertise in compliance, with a focus on alternative investment products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in an additional Asian language (such as Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines effectively.
