Senior Compliance Officer

Job Description

1. Implement compliance controls, policies and procedures
   • Supports the implementation of controls, compliance checks and compliance processes.
   • Executes tasks according to procedures to ensure regulatory compliance across ESBSG, and escalates any issues to relevant parties where needed.
2. Execute compliance-related administration
   • Assists with keeping compliance processes updated and conducting research and preparation of necessary materials for standard compliance reporting.
3. Support compliance knowledge management
   • Supports in training and implementation of new or changing regulations.
   • Comfortable executing tasks independently and implementing guidelines in accordance with requirements and processes.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate is mature with good manners and is able to handle stress well.
2. To cope in fast-paced environments, candidate must be organised and responsible.
3. Familiarity with the compliance requirements of MAS is required; candidates with at least 5 years of working experience in the Singapore Financial Industry (with not more than 2 FIs) will have an advantage.
4. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential for performing tasks efficiently given that we are a Taiwanese bank.
