Senior Commercial Finance Manager

The Global Supply Chain Fulfilment Finance team is responsible for planning, managing, and controlling Global Operations costs along with their operational partners. Responsibility spans to the regions assigned. Attention to detail is a must, along with a high level of business partnership and strong interpersonal and influential skills supporting a remote and diverse team.

From time to time, the incumbent will also work on ad hoc analysis and projects to provide insightful analysis for decision-making by the senior management function in Dyson.

The role has good exposure to the Dyson Global Supply Chain Functions and allows the incumbent a great opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of Dyson Operations Business.

The role reports into the Head of Supply Chain Finance.

Accountabilities

• Partnering with the Supply Chain Operations team to plan, manage, and control Global Supply Chain operations costs, understanding operational drivers surrounding actual results and potential future end-to-end implications.
• Conduct regular interlock with various functions within Supply Chain, Market Finance, and Accounting.
• Partnering with operations to identify and drive cost-out projects.
• Focus on improving internal processes to increase predictability and gain improved visibility to operational drivers.
• Partnering with Supply Chain in cost and lead time optimization by leading through productivity initiatives.
