As the continuous demands from global businesses, we are looking for passionate Could Service Engineer to join our Global Overseas IT Infrastructure team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Based in Singapore, you will be part of the Global IT Infrastructure team, providing and IT infrastructure support to Haier businesses in the world.
- Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of overseas public, private, and hybrid cloud architectures and platforms, including technology selection and evaluation.
- Develop reasonable cloud-based architectures and cloud migration solutions based on business requirements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of cloud infrastructure, propose optimization suggestions, and improve resource utilization.
- Responsible for the design and optimization of desktop operation and maintenance management platforms and processes, as well as the management of outsourced desktop teams.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of desktop endpoint assets.
- As well as other tasks assigned by superiors.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should be a seasoned Cloud Service Professional with:
- Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with priority given to candidates who have worked in multinational companies or have overseas work experience, and experience in desktop operation and maintenance or related fields is preferred.
- Proficient in the operation and management of cloud platforms from mainstream cloud service providers (such as AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Familiar with key skills in cloud platform architecture, deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
- Familiar with the installation, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of various operating systems (such as Linux, Windows, etc.).
- Understand basic principles of network architecture, TCP/IP protocol suite, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Familiar with the use of automation tools (such as Ansible, etc.).
- Familiar with the entire process of desktop operation and maintenance, and familiar with the performance, characteristics, and usage methods of mainstream desktop software and hardware products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with capable of cross-cultural communication and technical exchanges, with good teamwork and project management skills.
