Senior/Civil & Structural Design Engineer (A1 main contractor) - YL

Our client is a leading reputable A1 main contractor renowned for their impressive portfolio of iconic mixed development, residential and industrial building projects across Singapore. They’re now looking for a Senior/C&S Design Engineer to join them for an iconic institutional building project in the CBD area, supporting their ongoing contributions to the Singapore building landscape.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide technical expertise in the design and coordination of the civil and structural aspects of our construction projects.
2. Work closely with project teams to ensure that all structural elements are designed to meet project specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
3. Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure the design complies with all requirements.
4. Prepare and present technical engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications for project designs.
5. Participate in the value engineering process to ensure cost-effective and efficient design solutions.

Requirements

1. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant building project/steel structures experience.
3. Possess knowledge of preparing construction sequencing drawings.
4. Experienced in resolving site issues.
