Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Channel Marketing Specialist to drive and execute co-marketing initiatives with channel partners across the KAST region, with a strong focus on ROA (Rest of Asia), including Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, and Korea. This role is responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing strategies that support business growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate demand through partner-driven marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science-related industries, experience in channel marketing, and expertise in Omni-channel strategies, event execution, and digital marketing tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Marketing & Event Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize co-marketing initiatives with channel partners across semiconductors, materials science, life sciences, and battery chemistry sectors, including seminars, trade shows, workshops, and customer engagement activities.
  • Oversee event planning, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work closely with sales teams and channel partners to align marketing activities with business goals, ensuring strategic partner support in each market.
  • Develop and manage localized marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs of each region.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Implement Omni-channel marketing strategies, integrating digital, offline, and event-based approaches to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  • Organize and manage webinars, content marketing, and social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are data-driven, tracking performance across digital and traditional channels for continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align with corporate branding and messaging.

Market & Partner Engagement

  • Develop customized marketing programs for channel partners, equipping them with marketing materials, training, and promotional strategies to effectively represent Oxford Instruments’ solutions.
  • Act as the marketing liaison for channel partners, ensuring alignment on go-to-market strategies and messaging.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing initiatives and maximize impact.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a Science-related field (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering).
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, B2B marketing, or event marketing, preferably within the semiconductor, life sciences, chemistry, batteries, or materials science industries.
  • Strong expertise in event planning, logistics, and execution across multiple markets.
  • Experience with Omni-channel marketing, including webinars, digital marketing, and lead tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation tools, and data analytics to measure campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across sales, product, and global marketing teams.
  • Willingness to travel across ROA, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, and Korea as needed.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
