Corporate Services Procurement is unique due to its broad range of categories, making working in this team both interesting and challenging, allowing the role holder to build a network across the business like no other category. Corporate Services at Dyson includes:
- HR Services (Recruitment, Executive Search, Benefits, Learning and Development, Global Mobility)
- Professional Services (Consulting Services and Legal Services)
- Financial Services (Insurance, Audit, Tax, Payroll, Payment solutions including e-commerce)
- Travel (Travel management company, Air, Hotel, Ground transport)
In this role, you will mainly be responsible for Professional and Financial Services but will have the opportunity to broaden your experience into other categories.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage category and sub-category strategies to drive improved performance and optimise value to Dyson.
- Lead on global and strategic tenders across any category as required.
- Coach the team, sharing knowledge and experience to deliver the best results.
- Develop and continually review robust, forward-looking global category plans based on business needs, taking into account regional and national differences.
- Influence the businesses through strong stakeholder and relationship management.
- Role model the Dyson Behaviours appropriate to both individual and the role, leading self and leading others; ingenious, explorer, fighter, and shrewd.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and inspire confidence when faced with uncertainty and change.

Skills
- Proven experience managing Corporate Services subcategories through the whole life cycle, from strategy creation through procurement to supplier management.
- Experience of working in a global matrix organisation and managing global tenders, delivering excellent results to tight deadlines.
- Confidence and credibility with excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders up to Board level.
- Sustain personal energy, self-motivation, and productivity, encouraging good resilience in others.
- Capability to achieve not only the best service from a category but also to create global competitive advantages and performance by actively removing complexity.
- Commercially astute with proven ability to solve problems and drive decision making.
