Senior Call Centre Customer Service Executive / Leader - South - MNC

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the wholesale industry. They are looking for a Senior Call Centre Executive / Leader to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Redhill area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage escalated customer concerns and provide prompt resolutions face to face.
• Develop and enforce structured call scripts and service guidelines.
• Lead team discussions to align on goals, performance expectations, and key updates.
• Utilize CRM platforms to generate reports and feedback.
• Ensure call quality and performance indicators to uphold service standards.
• Guide, mentor, and support team members to improve their capabilities and overall performance.
• Facilitate payment collection, prepare quotations, and issue invoices.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective and professional communication.
• Responsible for team productivity and operational efficiency.
• Review processes and seek improvements.
• Complete all tasks assigned and perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business or any relevant field of studies.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Call Centre sector.
