Salary Range: Basic Salary $6000 - $8000 + VB + AWS
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Working Location: CBD - Shenton Way

Job Scope:
Venture Investment & Startup Collaboration (50%):
- Venture Investment Evaluation: Identify, assess, and evaluate potential investment opportunities in startups, with a focus on energy transition or maritime/logistics sectors.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on startups, analyzing financials, market potential, business models, and risks.
- Investment Strategy: Collaborate with the investment team to develop and refine investment strategies for the region, aligning with business goals.
- Startup Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with startup founders, accelerators, and incubators to foster innovation and strategic partnerships.
- Portfolio Management: Support ongoing management of investment portfolios, tracking performance, and ensuring value creation.
Business Development (50%):
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and markets for growth, particularly in energy transition or maritime/logistics.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive business growth.
- Partnership Negotiations: Lead negotiations and secure partnerships with companies, startups, or organizations to drive business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors, and use the findings to refine business development efforts.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years' proven track record in new business development, preferably within the sales/B2B space.
- Extensive experience building relationships and closing deals with MNC clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Solid understanding of the New Business Development industry and its competitive landscape.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions.
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
