Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with Company capabilities and business plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create differentiators that drive customer acquisition and retention (e.g., specialized solutions).
  • Build a strong pipeline of new customer opportunities and execute the opportunity win plan effectively.
  • Establish and maintain a network of customer contacts to build trust and long-term relationships at various levels.
  • Drive strategies to create value-adding partnerships with customers, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Convert potential opportunities into actionable, long-term plans with customers.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and pricing, staying informed on market trends, competition, and economic factors.
  • Optimize gross profit by adjusting pricing strategies based on market conditions, costs, and competition.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Update sales activities in Salesforce for accurate, timely reporting to Country HOS and global management, and work with marketing teams to coordinate customer-related materials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding (Air, Sea, Import, or Export) preferred.
  • Proven expertise in business development, strategic account management, and market knowledge of supply chain solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Experience working in a multi-national, culturally diverse environment with excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, drive revenue across multiple accounts, and demonstrate strong leadership and team motivation skills.
