Senior Business/Data Analyst

We are working with a digital furniture brand and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive at $84K-$108K SGD / year

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support various business units (Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Merchandising) by providing actionable insights derived from integrated financial, operational, and strategic data. You will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration and driving strategic alignment across the business to ensure value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational & Financial Performance: Identify business drivers, blend risk assessments, and market trends to create adaptable financial forecasts.
• Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic projects and evaluate their impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead financial planning during budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, SQL, and data analysis.
  • Experience in analyzing businesses across international markets.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on expertise in full-funnel marketing, omnichannel strategies (offline retail & e-commerce), logistics optimization, and category management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing senior leadership.
  • Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.

Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered for an Analyst position based on skills and potential.
