Our client, an established global trading firm, is seeking a Senior Business Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities

1. Set up and manage system workflows for all trading business processes, including service and royalty fees.
2. Coordinate shipping operations, working closely with suppliers, customers, and forwarders, and provide team support as needed (e.g., handle full documentation and assist with cargo booking).
3. Manage internal applications and reporting, including overdue accounts, credit lines, and contract collections.
4. Provide support to the team in launching new trading business initiatives.

Requirements & Preferences
Must

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in freight forwarding, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong documentation skills.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (speaking, listening, and writing) for effective communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers.

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SAP or MUGEN system is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
