SAP B1 Functional Consultant / Sr Business Analyst

We are seeking an experiencedSAP Business One (B1) Functional Consultantto support our internal business units across APAC offices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inSAP B1 implementation, module functionalities, reporting (including HANA), and consulting. Alternatively, Strong ERP implementation and support experiences with quick learning personel . You will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and providing expert guidance to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supportSAP B1 implementations, upgrades, and enhancementsfor APAC business units.

• Providefunctional expertisein all SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, MRP, Production, etc.).

• Develop and customizeSAP B1 reports(includingCrystal Reports, HANA SQL, and SSRS).

• Offerconsulting and hands-on supportto optimize business processes and system performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP B1 issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Conduct user training and create documentation for best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP B1 solutions with business needs.

• Ensure compliance with SAP B1 best practices and industry standards.

• Work with third-party vendors or consultants for specialized support and system enhancements.

• Assist in managing system updates, patches, and version upgrades to ensure the system remains current and functional.

• Participate in system testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), before deploying new versions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5+ yearsof hands-on experience inSAP B1 implementation and functional consulting.

• Full lifecycle implementation experience(from blueprint to go-live & support).

• Strong knowledge ofall SAP B1 modulesand integration points.

• Expertise inSAP B1 reporting tools(Crystal Reports, HANA, SQL queries, etc.).

• Experience withSAP B1 HANAis a plus.

• Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strongcommunication skills in English(both written and spoken).

• Ability to work independently and support multiple APAC locations.

Preferred:

• SAP B1 certification.

• Experience supportingmulti-country implementationsin APAC.
