The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst - Program Reporting & Financial Management to be based in Singapore, to join our Group Program Management Office (GPMO) Team.

Reporting to the Director Group PMO, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading reporting management, business case consulting, and financial management within the GPMO, ensuring consistent, accurate, and actionable insights across global programs. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage financial processes and business case validation from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting Management:

  1. Aggregate and consolidate data from multiple global programs into standardized reporting formats.
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that enable efficient tracking of program performance, priorities, expenditures, and benefit forecasts and tracking.
  3. Deliver insightful and actionable reporting to facilitate strategic decision-making by senior management.

Business Case Consultancy:
  1. Provide expert guidance on developing business cases, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy across all assumptions and calculations.
  2. Validate business case data and assumptions to ensure reliability and comparability of proposals.
  3. Facilitate alignment with stakeholders to enhance the quality and impact of investment decisions.

Financial Management:
  1. Own and manage GPMO financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, approvals, and spend tracking.
  2. Ensure adherence to financial governance processes, maintaining accurate records and timely reporting.
  3. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, enhancing accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.

About You

Education / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience / Skills:
  1. At least 4-6 years of related experience in a consulting role, specifically in project management, financial analysis, or related areas.
  2. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, proficient in using data analytics and visualization tools.
  3. Demonstrated experience in developing business cases and managing financial tracking processes.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of producing reliable, high-quality deliverables.
