- Laise with customers, users, and related stakeholders to understand their business needs.
- Analyze business requirements and define system functions.
- Create user stories and describe the input, output, and corresponding business processes.
- Write down business scenarios, construct workflow diagrams, and prepare UI prototypes.
- Work with UI/UX designers to improve user experience of UI design.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure they understand user stories clearly.
- Work with testers to ensure all business scenarios are tested.
- Standardize system configurations and prepare user guide and system configuration guide.
- Present system functions to customers, users, and related stakeholders.
- Analyze feedback from users or customers and prepare system improvements.
- Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders.
- Assist with technical documentation.
- Support and manage key accounts interfacing with internal and external customers.
- Manage and implement medium-sized projects.
- Oversee go-live and stabilization for new customer onboarding.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in software development and implementation.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, web applications, microservices, and system integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Domain knowledge of e-commerce and supply chain is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain solutions, especially warehouse management systems, is preferred.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining warehousing automation.
- Experience in handling EDI interfaces between supply chain-related applications, ERP, and warehousing automation solutions.
