Role Purpose(s)

Liaising with customers to gather requirements
Working with developers during development
Supporting QA verification of the system
Key Accountabilities
Actively collaborates with customers to understand and document business needs, goals, and requirements.
Conducts requirement-gathering sessions through virtual meetings and direct consultations, ensuring alignment between user’s expectations and project deliverables.
Provides ongoing support during the development cycle to address queries, refine requirements, and ensure alignment with project goals.
For projects of a bigger scope, the employee assists the Quality Assurance (QA) team in validating that the developed products meet the defined requirements.
For smaller-scale projects, the employee independently manages the Quality Assurance verification process for the product.
Provides clarifications and support to ensure thorough testing and resolution of identified issues.
Coordinates the UAT process by preparing test cases, supporting testing sessions, and ensuring that all users are equipped to validate the solution.
Provides onsite support during UAT to address issues in real-time and assist users in navigating the product.
Ensures timely resolution of complex production issues reported for the project by delivering Level-1 support, targeting to resolve issues within 5-10 days, minimizing downtime and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Provides clarifications and support for the other projects on hand.

Resource must possess/understand the organisational standards and all the deliverables (SRS, test scripts, user guides etc.) should be aligned to these standards.
Resource must be result oriented and should adhere to the project timelines for all the deliverables.
Resource should possess interpersonal skills and must be able to work with teams across multiple locations (HQ-SG, SDC-India, SDC-KL).

Education Requirements
Degree in computer science engineering or related experience.
Working Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience as a BA.
Ability to front customers.
Ability to conduct demonstrations to users.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Ability to prepare mock-screens/wireframes.
Preferably, experience in working with government agencies.
