Job description

Alongside a dynamic marketing team, the Senior Brand Executive will lead and execute branding initiatives to enhance the visibility and market perception of our coffee businesses across four countries in Southeast Asia.

This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness across B2B and B2C channels in four diverse markets, aligning with our vision to be a world-class beverage supplier in the region. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee culture and can inspire the team with creativity and a strategic mindset.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the brand journey of a dynamic coffee business, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and regional growth. You’ll play a critical role in positioning our brand as a leader in Southeast Asia's coffee landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy and Execution: Be part of the team that develops, implements, and manages branding activities that resonate with the diverse markets we serve, aligning with our core brand values and regional market dynamics.
  2. B2B Brand Communication: Tailor regular brand messaging and campaigns specifically for B2B audiences, focusing on value propositions that appeal to business clients, such as quality, consistency, and partnership benefits. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to create tailored presentations, product information sheets, and other communication tools that strengthen our brand appeal among business clients, including hotels, cafes, and offices. Lead the development of B2B newsletters, case studies, and other content to communicate product benefits, customer success stories, and service offerings.
  3. Content Creation and Design Oversight: Drive the creative process for promotional materials, packaging, digital content, and events, ensuring brand consistency and relevance across diverse markets and channels.
  4. Business Unit Support: Work closely with different countries to support their branding activities across the region including the possibility of regional collaboration.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand messages are integrated throughout customer touchpoints.
  6. Digital and Social Media Engagement: Develop and oversee social media and digital marketing strategies, with a tailored approach to maximize engagement for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  7. Event Coordination and Lead Management: Manage branding at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, with a strong emphasis on ensuring brand alignment and consistent market presence. Support the sales team by tabulating and managing leads generated at events, coordinating follow-up actions, and contributing to lead-nurturing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years in Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B communication and experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry and exposure to Southeast Asian markets is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Proven record of creative, impactful campaigns, with a strong understanding of B2B brand communication.
  • Ability to understand and adapt branding initiatives to diverse cultural contexts within Southeast Asia.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis, with a strong ability to leverage insights to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media platforms, CRM, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to simplify things for counterparts in the region to understand and apply.
