Job description

Job Description:

  1. Daily preparation and production of breads and pastries by following standards SOPs.
  2. Checking and packing of bread items for delivery.
  3. Maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times.
  4. Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products.
  5. Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with SFA/NEA guidelines.
  6. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
  7. Notify the Head Baker of any low stock or replenishment needs.
  8. Follow established recipes and procedures for consistent product quality.
  9. Collaborate with the Head Baker on new recipe development and improvements.
  10. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader.

Requirements:

  1. Formal culinary or baking education is a plus.
  2. 5-8 years of proven experience in a bakery or culinary setting.
  3. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  4. Strong attention to detail and precision in baking techniques.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Shift Timing:

9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
