We are a growing bakery brand looking for experienced and passionate Senior Bakers to join our central kitchen team. If you have a strong background in baking and a passion for high-quality products, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily baking operations, including dough preparation, mixing, baking, and finishing
2. Ensure consistency and quality of all baked goods
3. Train and guide junior bakers and kitchen staff
4. Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team
5. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of professional baking experience
2. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Experience in leading a team is a plus
5. Strong attention to detail and quality
6. Experience in making mooncakes and cookies is a strong advantage
