Our client, a leading gaming firm, is seeking a talented Senior Back-end Engineer to develop and maintain back-end systems supporting business operations and mobile game platforms. Your expertise in web technologies will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of internal systems driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect, design, and build internal systems and platforms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate back-end systems with front-end platforms and databases.
3. Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of back-end systems.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
5. Contribute to improving software development processes, ensuring high code quality, testing, and deployment standards.
6. Document technical designs, implementations, and system configurations for internal use.

Key Skills Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong coding, documentation, and optimization skills; familiarity with design patterns.
4. Proficient in Java, Golang, Python, and PHP (Java/Golang preferred).
5. Experience with Linux, MySQL, RPC, MQ, caching, microservices, and API integration.
6. Proven track record in large-scale software platform projects, with an emphasis on process systems and middleware.
7. Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and frontend frameworks like React/Vue is a plus.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
9. Fluent in English and Chinese for cross-functional communication.
