Provide comprehensive support for the installation and operation of audio-visual, video conferencing, display, and presentation technologies for all events, include prior checks for Auditorium and meeting rooms or when major events are held
Operate audio visual equipment during meetings, including sound levels, remote cameras, video playback, and webcasting
Liaise with event organizers on logistics support and event set up requirements
Maintain, diagnose, test, and resolve issues with A/V equipment and media systems, ensuring minimal system and equipment downtime
Regularly monitor and track inventory of spares and consumables, and request for purchase when necessary
Update and maintains maintenance logbook or database
Ensure safety and compliance in AV storage area
Coordinate with Operations Team and contractor to repair the system if required
To carry out routine checks on AV and VC systems and equipment to ensure they are in working condition
Attend to requests/ queries, feedback and complaints pertaining to AV and VC systems and equipment, and provide professional advice on their technical requirements
Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Audio or any relevant field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in supporting the AV aspects for large scale events
Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
