Senior Automation Tester

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Test Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WebServices Testing, Test Metrics and Reporting, SNOW, Testing Tools and Frameworks, Manual E2E BPA, Rally, HP ALM, Jira, and Basic Programming. Experience in Trade and Customs Compliance, Order Planning and Communication, and Billing and Accounting Management is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for various projects.
2. Oversee the development and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
3. Provide expertise in WebServices Testing to ensure robust and reliable web applications.
4. Utilize Test Metrics and Reporting to track and communicate testing progress and outcomes.
5. Manage and maintain SNOW for tracking and resolving defects and issues.
6. Implement and use various Testing Tools and Frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
7. Conduct Manual E2E BPA to ensure comprehensive end-to-end business process validation.
8. Collaborate with teams using Rally, HP ALM, and Jira for effective project management and tracking.
9. Apply Basic Programming skills to create and maintain automated test scripts.
10. Ensure that all testing activities comply with company standards and best practices.
11. Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing activities.
12. Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress to stakeholders.
13. Work closely with development and business teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
14. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.

Qualifications

1. Possess strong expertise in WebServices Testing, ensuring robust and reliable web applications.
2. Have experience in Test Metrics and Reporting to track and communicate testing progress.
3. Be proficient in using SNOW for tracking and resolving defects and issues.
4. Demonstrate knowledge of various Testing Tools and Frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
5. Conduct Manual E2E BPA for comprehensive end-to-end business process validation.
6. Collaborate effectively using Rally, HP ALM, and Jira for project management and tracking.
7. Apply Basic Programming skills to create and maintain automated test scripts.
8. Experience in Trade and Customs Compliance, Order Planning and Communication, and Billing and Accounting Management is a plus.

Certifications Required

ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP), or equivalent.
