The Collins Aerospace Recruiting team has an opening for a technical engineering & manufacturing recruiter. This position will support multiple locations in Singapore.

Overview

The Collins Aerospace Recruiting team has an opening for a technical engineering & manufacturing recruiter. This position will support multiple locations within Singapore.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to create dynamic job descriptions and understand the skills and abilities required for the roles.
  2. Facilitate the identification and selection of world-class diverse talent using multiple sourcing methods and make candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
  3. Partner effectively with HR partners when working on compensation offers, compliance, onboarding, and other processes.
  4. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify, pipeline, and source qualified candidates.
  5. Provide complete, accurate, timely, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Collins Aerospace, Avionics, and the aerospace industry.
  7. Drive the recruitment process by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments with a sense of urgency to the business as well as internal and external candidates.
  8. Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable regulations.
  9. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  10. Manage real-time applicant tracking system data.
  11. Proactively initiate recruiting trends enabling recruiting effectiveness.
  12. Drive hiring metrics for the organization like time to fill, aging percentage, cost per hire impact, hiring manager, and candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
  2. Advanced degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR
  3. 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing strategies for senior executive roles.
  4. Experience working in MNCs as a talent advisor and driving talent discussions with business leaders and HR leaders.
  5. Good understanding of market talent in India enabling influencing capability with hiring managers.
  6. Experience driving hiring initiatives for the organization like Employee Referral Drives, Gender diversity improvement, Branding, campus engagement, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Workday experience preferred.
  2. Aerospace industry experience preferred.
