Senior Associate (SGX & MAS Report, ACCA, CA, CPA)

Job Responsibility:

• Prepare financial statements and audit schedules, ensuring accuracy, adherence to deadlines and compliance with reporting standards.
• Prepare Sustainability reporting and support business strategies projects.
• Financial planning and analysis.
• Analyse variances, and update financial schedules.
• Compile and submit MAS reports, tax filings, and regulatory surveys.
• Support capital adequacy and liquidity reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed monthly management reports, including variance analysis and cost of funds reports.
• Assist in budget compilation.
• Perform a broad range of liquidity management functions which includes cash management, optimize the rate of return on surplus funds of the Company and handle the day-to-day execution of key financial and regulatory tasks.
• Update departmental policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other finance functions to formulate, review and implement financial policies, procedures, internal controls and systems to support the execution of Company’s financial strategies.
• Identify and implement process enhancements in financial reporting, budgeting, and operational procedures to optimize efficiency.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics or any related fields with at least 3 years of accounting & finance experience.
• Experience in investment operations including dealing in SGS, corporate bonds (listed / non-listed), money market funds, fixed income and shares & equities will be preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good understanding of local GST regulations and accounting practices.
• A keen eye for detail, strong problem solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently; driven and passionate about work.
