Through our Active Ageing Centres, we engage seniors and support them by reaching out to them, understanding their needs, curating programmes that cater to those who are active, and befriending those who are isolated and vulnerable.

As a Senior Associate, Program Management, you will be instrumental in advancing the AAC's mission and supporting the Senior Manager, Program Management in achieving the Business Unit's objectives, targets, and key performance indicators, as set by management and funders.

You will need to:

  • Support Senior Manager, Program Management to power the rollout of innovative initiatives, sparking community connection, social bonding, and digital empowerment that bridges gaps and fuels a vibrant, tech-savvy community!
  • Partner closely with the various Centre-in-charge to spearhead the seamless launch and delivery of our new active ageing programmes, ensuring a high-impact and engaging experience for our seniors involving digital technology
  • Conduct rigorous evaluations and reporting processes for funded programmes, ensuring data-driven insights and timely submissions that meet stakeholder expectations and inform future programme development.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communication & Branding to craft compelling marketing strategies and publicity materials that drive buzz and excitement around the launch of our active ageing programmes, inspiring seniors to take the first step towards a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the successful delivery of programmes and services.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • With internship or volunteering experience in community and eldercare settings preferred

Other Information

You should:

  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Genuine interest in engaging our seniors in the community
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Be proficient in Google Suite Applications
  • Prior experience in training and facilitation will be advantageous
