Job description

We are a research department inside the Singapore General Hospital, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to conduct research studies on the quality, cost, and outcomes of healthcare services. We are looking for a meticulous individual whose passion is in administrative work to join us as an Associate. This role consists of two parts: general office administration and research administration.

The general office administration includes:

  1. Coordinating meetings and events
  2. Handling service and procurement requests
  3. Managing assets

The research administration includes:

  1. Managing user accounts in the Research Data Capture (REDCap) platform
  2. Transcription of research interviews and focus group discussions

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum education of higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A level
  • Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in administrative work, especially in a research institution. Knowledge of REDCap is an advantage.
  • Technical skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Soft skills:
    • Good command of English, both written and spoken
    • Organized, meticulous, able to work independently and in a team
    • Enjoys working with people
