You will work closely with our business partners such as airlines and ground handling companies to manage performance standards and support terminal operations, particularly in departure processes such as check-in, security, transfer, and boarding. In the age of digitisation, you will be expected to work with system partners to innovate and improve the experience for passengers. You will also be involved in projects, policy formulation, and data analytics to improve service quality and enhance the operations of Changi Airport, ensuring it continues to be the world's most awarded airport.
