We also offer other services for seniors such as active ageing centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered senior group home. In addition, we run a chain of dental clinics and a family medicine clinic.

As a key member of our Community Partnership team, you will play a vital role in empowering our Seniors of Interest to thrive in their communities. Your primary focus will be identifying, planning, and implementing comprehensive programs that support ageing-in-place, enabling seniors to live independently and confidently. Additionally, you will contribute to successfully executing our Community of Care (COC 2.0) - Go Broader project. This exciting opportunity is based at either AAC-Bukit Merah View or Jurong Central Plaza, where you will join a dedicated team making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.
