We are seeking an experienced and motivated Python Developer with understanding of CyberArk or Privileged Access Management (PAM) to support of DBS’ enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, deployment, operations and development of the bank’s privileged access management framework, infrastructure and processes.

As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing secure access management solutions, integrating with CyberArk or other PAM tools, and ensuring that best practices for security are adhered to. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help streamline access management processes and implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk integrations.
• Work with CyberArk or other PAM tools to ensure secure management of privileged accounts and credentials.
• Implement automation for user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Design, test, and deploy solutions for privileged identity management and access control.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate PAM tools into other enterprise security infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for CyberArk or PAM solutions, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to access management.
• Continuously monitor and improve the security posture of the PAM solution.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, deployment, and troubleshooting processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal security policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools (e.g., BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or similar).
• Strong understanding of privileged account management, security policies, and best practices for managing sensitive credentials.
• Familiarity with API integrations (RESTful services, Web Services, etc.) for interacting with PAM systems.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
• Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Understanding of encryption and secure coding practices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience in CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and scripting in Shell, Bash, or other shell languages.
• Experience in automating tasks using Python (e.g., task scheduling, job automation, etc.).
• Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.
